Why these dates, you may
ask?We realize that just like us, many of you have been genetically altered to seek reunion and fellowship with our Cavalry bretheren each year on the last weekend of April.
We had to move the reunion dates forward one week because Mr Galloway has an annual commitment to speak elsewhere on our favored weekend.
But Joe has canceled!
Another small plus is the better room rates at the resort.
You probably noticed all the Jeeps running around Daytona the last time you were there.
Well, "Jeepfest" has become a monster and the resort is already booked for that weekend in 2019.
We do have the resort booked for 2020 on our traditional weekend!
We got the lower room rates again!

Ocean View Studios - $125/Night
Oceanfront Studios - $135/Night
*Does not include applicable taxes & daily resort fee and rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
The room rates quoted above will be honored for two days prior and
two days after the official reunion dates depending upon availability.
When you make your reservation you will be asked to provide a Credit Card number to guarantee your reservation but your CC will not be charged ‘till the reunion takes place.
You can cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your check-in date.
There will be a group dinner on 5/3, and our traditional lunch on 5/4.
We will provide you with menus/prices at a later date.
You will be asked to pay for these meals at the front desk when you check in.
For those of you not staying at the resort, you can purchase your meals at the front desk as well.
As always, there will be no membership/registration fees charged for this reunion, but we will make the traditional “Kitty” available. (Thank you very much Dru Maupin!) This time it will be managed by fellow trooper, Hubert (Mac) McMinn Jr, to help us offset routine out-of-pocket reunion expenses.
