2015 LIGHT HORSE "SPRING" REUNION
LZ DAYTONA
Page 1

#1

If you didn't make to this year's event, you missed a really good one.
There were approximately 150 attendees over the 3 day get-together.
One bit of good news is that financially, we finished slightly in the Black!

The finances were carefully monitored by "Kitty Control Officer" Bill Lee and he gave a full accounting of all expenditures during the event.
All of the few dollars remaining will be held and used for next year's gathering.

The Co-hosts, Rick Roll and Don Callison (me) are already working on next year's Reunion to be held at the same resort.

If we have your email address you will be hearing from us throughout the year.

The following photos, taken by several photographers, are in some what of a chronological sequence.
All identification of attendees will be shown from left to right and front to rear.
Please ignore the dates and time on the pictures.
The photos are numbered for reference to make corrections or additions.

Getting set up and reacquainted.

Early arrivals began setting up the conference center, the "Atlantic Room."
This banner and several other great works of art were done by Mr Donald Mong of Greenwich, Rhode Island.
He is a terrific artist and good friend of Light Horse.
Rich Hahn and Little Tony Slpetstoser helped me get the banner and flags hung.

The hotel staff had already decorated the tables with a distinctive patriotic theme.
The resort staff was simply awesome.
We had so many laudatory comments about those folks.
It was obvious that this hotel wanted our business and went out of their way on many occasions to accommodate our event and the attendees.

George Garrity and Rodney Honkla getting re acquainted at the "sign-in" table.

The 5th Cav, 9th Inf Div, and 1st Avn Bde flags were donated by Long Knife Doorgunner, Rich Hahn.
Rich is on the heart transplant list and we are wishing him the best of luck and we hope to see him in Daytona again next year.
