We had assigned crews and each crew was responsible for a specific aircraft.
The last three of the aircraft # was 680.  It lasted until a refueling stop at Black Horse.
Fortunately we weren't flying it, Don Vickery was the pilot.
We were all loaded down and who ever was flying 680 didn't think about DA (we were still pretty new in country)
and when he pulled pitch the bird lifted up to 4 or 5 feet
and then fell straight down wrapping the skids up around the airframe.
So much for 680.
