Larry was initially in D Troop and later transferred to B Troop, 7th of the 1st at Vinh Long.

Pretty sure this is Loren Bliss getting promoted to CW-2
The guy on the far left is a 9th Aviation "Sting Ray" pilot.
He appears in other photos on the Troop website.
Chuck Nole looks on as Bliss drinks.
Note the UH-1 tailrotor chain on the left wrist.
