This one is just a shot of the Charlie Horse company
area taken late March or early April 1971.
Note that some of the sand
bags have been placed some hadn’t.
Self protection wasn’t a high priority.
Later a contract was awarded to the locals.
The bags were all in place by the time we turned
it over to the North Vietnamese.
